I am a solo practitioner and have been practicing law in Austin since 1991. I limit my practice to the areas of immigration and criminal law.

I am involved in several professional associations that help me keep on top of important changes in the law and in touch with the legal community. I have been a continuous member of the College of the State Bar of Texas since 1994. I am also a member of the Texas and Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Associations, the Criminal Law Section of the Texas State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Travis County Bar Association, the International Law Section of the Travis County Bar Association, and also the Federal Bar Association. I am also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
